Introduction of black stainless material
Black stainless coils: Black-Belt SUS
“Black Belt SUS” has been a nick-name of black colored stainless coils produced by coloring of oxide film (Abel-black), not by painting nor plating.
The technology to produce this continuous black colored coil has been newly developed capitalizing on our own accumulated electrolytic coloring technology for long.
Salient feature
Superior processing ability as material.
Since black color (oxide film) of “Black Belt SUS” has high adhesiveness with base metal, surface black color would never peel off by the press processing, including cutting, bending or wringing.
It also maintains equivalent processing ability with pure stainless.
Reduction of surface treatment processing stage
When you would try to apply “Black belt SUS”, it would reduce the surface treatment processing stage out of the black color production process, or black colored products manufacturing process.
No need of process alteration of die or degreasing
Since the oxide film is 1μm and below of “Black-Belt SUS”, you need not to make new die. Since it has superior ability of chemical resistance, you can use press degreasing solutions (hydrocarbon, or solvent, etc.) as they are without any replacement.

Since the surface treatment will not be added to the formation completed product, the expenditure for coloring process will be restrained.

Optimization of material procurement
- WE keep enough inventory level of stainless materials, procured from home and abroad sources in order to make delivery just in time.*You may rely on us SUS316 as well.
- We will arrange to select the most suitable curing tapes to meet with the application of the materials.
- In case the request would be fixed size sheet, we will cut them to your demanding sizes.* In this case, a certain order quantity becomes essential.
- You can designate the width of coil by mm unit.
- De-burring will possibly be done to the edges of coil and fixed size sheet.
- In case of export to foreign countries, you may rely on us of the fumigation of the wooden cases to be used.
